The products we use for our breakfasts are all biological/organic, and if possible locally supplied, or from fair trade.

Coffee: normal coffee or barley coffee
Tea: green tea, black tea, bancha tea or mountain tea harvested by us
Rice milk or cows milk
Naturally leavened bread, a mixture of spelt, rye and wheat
Home made cakes
Biological/organic jams produced by a friend in the National Park of Abruzzi
Butter
Tahin (sesame cream)
Italian Wholemeal honey
Cornflakes from Biological/organic agriculture
